Abstract

Interactive dashboards have become indispensable tools in modern business intelligence (BI), enabling organizations to monitor performance, uncover insights, and make data-driven decisions in real time. This study explores the design, development, and evaluation of interactive dashboards for realtime BI. Drawing from user-centric design principles, advanced visualization techniques, and real-time data integration methodologies, this manuscript offers a comprehensive guide to creating dashboards that enhance organizational decision-making. Through a systematic literature review and an empirical methodology, the study evaluates the effectiveness of such dashboards across different business sectors. The findings demonstrate how well-designed dashboards improve operational efficiency, foster collaboration, and adapt to evolving business environments. Additionally, the study identifies key challenges, proposes solutions, and outlines future research directions in the field.
