License Terms

The Worldwide Journal of Creative Research and Thoughts (WJCRT) follows an open-access licensing framework designed to promote the unrestricted dissemination, accessibility, preservation, and responsible reuse of scholarly research while protecting the intellectual property rights of authors and maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity. The journal believes that scholarly knowledge should be freely available to researchers, educators, students, professionals, policymakers, and the wider global community without financial or technical barriers.

All articles published in WJCRT are made immediately and permanently available online through the journal website under an open-access publishing model. Readers may freely access, read, download, copy, print, distribute, search, link to, and share published articles in accordance with the applicable license terms.

Copyright Ownership

Authors publishing in WJCRT retain full copyright ownership of their scholarly work. Submission and publication do not transfer copyright ownership to the journal or publisher.

Upon acceptance for publication, authors grant WJCRT and its publisher a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to:

  • Publish the article electronically and, where applicable, in print.
  • Reproduce and distribute the article globally.
  • Archive the article in digital preservation systems.
  • Display the article on the journal website.
  • Index and disseminate metadata through scholarly databases and indexing services.
  • Assign persistent identifiers where applicable.
  • Preserve the scholarly record through long-term digital archiving.

Because the publishing license is non-exclusive, authors remain the copyright holders and retain extensive rights to reuse and distribute their work.

Unless otherwise indicated, articles published in WJCRT are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License.

This license enables maximum dissemination and reuse of scholarly work while ensuring that appropriate credit is always given to the original authors.

Under the CC BY 4.0 License, users may:

  • Read articles without restriction.
  • Download complete articles.

Authors retain broad rights over their published work. Authors may:

  • Share articles through academic networking platforms.
  • Distribute articles to colleagues.

  • Reuse figures, tables, and illustrations in future scholarly works.
  • Use the article for classroom teaching.

No additional permission from WJCRT is required for these uses, provided that proper citation of the original publication is maintained.

Rights Granted to Readers and Users

Readers worldwide may:

  • Access all published content without subscription.
  • Download articles without charge.

Attribution Requirements

Whenever WJCRT content is reused, the following information should normally be included:

User Responsibilities

Such material may not automatically be covered by the Creative Commons License. Users wishing to reuse third-party material are responsible for obtaining permission from the original copyright holder where required.

License Modifications

Any exception to the standard CC BY 4.0 License must be approved by both the author(s) and the Editorial Office before publication. Any alternative licensing arrangement will be clearly indicated in the published article.

Termination of License

The publication license granted to WJCRT remains effective as part of the permanent scholarly record.

Where an article is retracted or corrected for ethical or editorial reasons, the publication record will normally remain publicly accessible together with any correction or retraction notice in order to preserve the integrity of the scholarly record.

Requests concerning exceptional removal of published content will be evaluated in accordance with applicable legal requirements, ethical publishing standards, and the journal's editorial policies.
